General Information

Bags are custom made to order in the USA.

Imprint Prices:

All prices include one-color, screen-printed imprint in one location only for light fabrics. dark fabrics will require a flash (white underlay) for an additional charge.

Imprint Application Control:

All items are hand-screen printed. Variations occur from imprint to imprint for this reason.

100% opacity is not guaranteed when printing light colors on dark items. A flash (white underlay) will be required for dark colored fabrics and priced accordingly.

Imprint Color Matching:

No charge on most items. Colors are matched as closely as possible based on the Pantone U colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed. PMS Match color on Neoprene items is $50.00

Multiple Color:

Must be sent to size and with registration marks. Must have an overlay for each color.

Artwork:

Must be sent to size and with registration marks. Must have an overlay for each color.

Our prices are based on receipt of print ready artwork to size. If artwork requires typesetting changes, touch-ups, enlargements, reductions, or does not meet our specifications, we reserve the right to modify artwork and charge accordingly.

  • Typeset fee: $50.00 per item
  • Artwork Charge: $100.00 per hour. Will depend on graphic and what needs to be done.

Acceptance of Electronic Artwork may result in delays depending on file sent and system capability. For best results please follow the steps below for preferable file types:

  • PC Format and PC disks only- we do not accept Macintosh files or disks.
  • List all files being sent
  • Include all fonts in artwork ( save as curves or outlines)
  • Files sent in Corel Draw 11.0 or lower (.cdr) and Adobe Illustrator 9.0 (.ai or .eps) as editable vector images are the preferred file types.
  • Do Not send Mac fonts.
  • If art is to be used for 1 color imprinting- all colors should be converted to black appropriately
  • Bitmap files that are acceptable are as follows: .tiff only. We can not accept jpg files.
  • All .tiff files must be scanned in at 1200 dpi for maximum sharpness
  • Bitmap files (.tiff) must be in black and white only
  • Halftones must be sent as a percentage in the artwork.
  • Normal output for halftones is 15 lpi.
  • Art charges may be assessed if vectored artwork is not in the appropriate format.
  • We cannot guarantee timely delivery of your order if graphics are sent in formats other than those listed above.

Delivery:

  • 14-20 Business days after artwork approval to ship the order.
  • 3-5 Business days on blank items. Dependent on quantity.

Rush Charges:

Please call to verify that rush service is available.

  • 2-3 Business day production: $125.00
  • 5 Business day production: $100.00

* Please note: these are production time days. Does not include shipping time. Special Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Method:

F.O.B. Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be shipped via UPS Ground.

* We do not use UPS account numbers from customers for any freight collect or third party shipments for Ground Service. All Ground service is prepaid and billed.

Samples:

  • Cost - End quantity plus shipping cost. Usually ships within 24 hours of sample request.
  • Samples are Non-returnable and Non- refundable.
  • Speculative sample or Pre-production proof charge: $125.00.
  • Screen Charges or art charges will apply.

Overruns:

We reserve the right to ship over or under up to 10% of quantity ordered. Customer's credit card will be charged or credited for difference.

Payment Terms:

Payment due in full with order. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express accepted. Delays in payment and / or artwork approvals will likely delay the order and the customer is solely responsible for any special shipping charges incurred.

Cancellations:

All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will not be accepted on any merchandise. Ordering samples is recommended for presentation of construction and material quality. SBBags will make no adjustment on any merchandise unless prior arrangements have been made. Merchandise will be refused at customer's expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of SBBags/Eclipse Marketing Group. Sample must accompany any claim.

Acceptance:

The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon arrival and shall, within 10 days of arrival give written notice of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform with the terms of the contract in full. The customer expressly waives any rights to revoke acceptance after such 10 day period. Authorizations to return merchandise must be pre-obtained. Merchandise will be refused at customer's expense if entire shipment is returned without prior consent of SBBags and eclipse Marketing group. Sample must accompany any claim.

* Returns on Blank Imported Merchandise will be subject to a 40% re-stocking fee.

Indemnification:

Customer warrants that it has the right to use the marks, symbols or designs depicted in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold SBBags and Eclipse Marketing Group harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing the artwork.

Disclaimer Policy:

Due to circumstances beyond our control we can not guarantee continuity of exact color, size, weight, texture or construction of finished goods.

Additional Information:

  • Less than minimum charge: $100.00. (We reserve the right to refuse any less than minimum order.)
  • Bag Dimensions are approximate and may vary by up to 3/4".
  • Fabric colors are not guaranteed color-fast.
  • Fabric dye lots will vary in color. We cannot guarantee product color from order to order.
  • Fabric swatches are to be used as a guide only.
  • All measurements are Height x Width x Gusset (depth).
  • Blank merchandise: Usually ships within 5 business days. Depends on quantity ordered. Call for details.
  • New setup charge on all re-orders of $30.00.

To avoid confusion on a custom bag order we recommend:

  • Send the original sample for evaluation
  • Send a faxed or emailed scale drawing of the items with the dimensions clearly shown.
