You can place your order online by completeing our ONLINE ORDER FORM, by phone (800) 680-0378 or email at orders@eclipsemktg.com.

What we need:

1. Contact Information - Your name, company name, address and phone
2. Product- Item Number / Description
3. Product Color
4. Quantity - How many do you need? Please note that minimum order quantities vary per bag.
5. Imprint Colors - How many colors will there be in your imprint. Cost is determined by # of imprint colors. The more colors, the higher the cost.
6. Artwork - send us your print ready artwork or let us create it for you.
7. Shipping Address - If different from contact information

Order Process:

1. Order Confirmation / Invoice - You will receive an Order Confirmation / Invoice that can be paid by clicking on the link in the body of your email. This will take you to a window where you will be able to enter your credit card information through our secure server. (All orders require payment in full prior to production.) Please be sure to review your confirmation / invoice carefully prior to making payment.
2. Proof Approval - Approve your proof with just a click of a button - no need to mess with faxes! You will recive an e-mail with a link that will take you to a window where you can view your proof, approve it, or request revisions right online.
3. PRODUCTION TIME - Production time varies per product and normally begins 2-3 days following our receipt of your proof approval and payment.  Delayed or late payments or proof approvals will result in delayed production and may require expedited shipping method or, in some cases, rush production charges.
4. Shipping - Products ship from various distrinbution centers around the country, normally by UPS or FEDEX ground. The estimated shipping costs will be included on your invoice and you will be charged or credited for the difference after your product has shipped.
