Because of the number of sample requests we receive on a daily basis, we do ask that you cover the costs associated with your sample order. If you are happy with your sample and choose to place a product order, we will credit your final invoice for the cost of the shipping of the sample associated with that order. In most cases, the costs associated with your sample order will only be shipping; however, in some cases there may be a small cost for the product itself as well as the shipping. We will contact you prior to processing your sample order to inform you of charges  (if any) that will be incurred. You can also choose to provide your own shipper account number (see below) to cover the costs of shipping. Please keep in mind that our samples ship from many different distribution centers throughout the United States so if you request more than one sample, they will most likely ship from different locations. We will do our best to accommodate requests for expedited shipping; however, since the samples ship directly from the distribution centers, we can not guarantee same day processing of sample requests.
